The recent decision by Killington Resort to resign from the position as a rental manager offers the owners another option to meet your rental needs.  The Killington Group is managing Whiffletree Condominiums at Killington, where the owners received a similar communication from Killington last summer, announcing that Killington would not be continuing to rent Whiffletree properties.

The Killington Group stepped up and effected a smooth transition from Killington to our rental program for many Whiffletree owners.  Bob and Whit Montgomery, of The Killington Group, recently met with John Dithmer, Director of Lodging at Killington and Pico Resorts, Matt Wing, your Pico Site Manager, Paul Carroccio, President of TPW, and with Chuck Wilton of the TPW Management team for Pico Village Square.  As we did with Whiffletree, we will work with Killington’s Central Reservations to attract new rentals to and to retain former guests of Pico Village Square.

You may remember that we wrote to you last June offering you a similar rental program.  We came to you then, as we do now, highly recommended by one of your original Board Presidents and owner at Pico Village Square for 18 years, Don Heithaus, and by the former President of the Pico Ski Club, Town of Killington Selectman and Pico property owner, Jim Blackman.  We invite you, once again, to join with your neighbors who opted to sign up with The Killington Group/Pico Reservation Center for the 2008-2009 season.
